Self check-in is available anytime after 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.

Check-in is contactless and easy. You’ll receive your personal keypad entry code before your arrival, so you can let yourself in whenever your travel schedule allows.

Is there a minimum length of stay?
A two-night minimum applies to Friday and Saturday stays, with a three-night minimum during select high-demand periods.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is due at booking. Cancellations made at least 21 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
27 State Street is a historic home built in 1814, and as such, it is not handicap accessible. The Master Suite is located on the second floor with no elevator access. We encourage guests with mobility concerns to contact us directly before booking so we can help determine the best fit for your stay.
